Pan-Fried Tilapia!

Here's one of my healthy meals. Pan-Fried Tilapia!
For the sides, I had broccoli & cheese rice and string beans. It's really fast and easy to cook. I seasoned the tilapia with peppercorn, Old Bay seasoning, and seasoning salt. I then fried the fish in a pan with about a silver dollar size worth (per fish) of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I usually cook this meal with white rice, but I was getting sick of the white rice, so I jazzed it up. The broccoli and cheese rice is Rice-a-Roni, so I followed the instructions for that. String beans are string beans...lol...cook as you wish.
After my strenuous workouts, I'm usually ravenous! It feels good to put food into my body that doesn't feel as if I'm counteracting the workout I just did! After my workout today, I feel this meal went straight to my muscles rather than my stomach! I'm monitoring my body to see if I notice any change. Hopefully, these meals, plus the exercising, will show me some results!!
